SLCM Student Council sponsors the screening of the new Harry Potter movie
The St. Luke's College of Medicine-William H. Quasha Memorial Student Council sponsored the block screening of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix last July 11, 2007, at the Shang Cineplex 1 in the Shangri-la Plaza, EDSA. Students, Faculty and even members of the College Staff came to enjoy and watch this much-awaited fifth installment of this much-loved series. Noted also were family members of the college population. This activity was initiated to raise funds for activities of the Student Council. Moreover, it was a night to relax ourselves and temporarily bring our minds to a world outside of medicine.
